Denise was the contractor for our new home construction that began in Fall of 2008 and was completed in
April 2009. Working with Denise is the single best decision we made regarding our new home and we
have never had a regret about that decision. Denise is a true professional – highly skilled in her craft,
highly respected by all of the sub contractors who work with her, trustworthy, patient, thorough and fair.
Denise was our partner is managing every aspect of our new home construction – from initial discussion
about renovating the previous structure (vs. raze and start anew), guidance through plans for the new
house, demo and lot prep, recommending and coordinating timing with pool contractor, assistance with
county setback variance processes, etc. All of the subcontractors Denise uses are top quality and all say
that Denise is the best in the business.
Denise never pushed her opinion on us. She advised us and guided us from a technical standpoint and
offered excellent insight from a functional and design perspective when we solicited her input. In regard to
costing, she was more than fair about the cost of the project. She always worked in our favor and was
transparent in all aspects of cost – many times to her disadvantage. We could provide you with hundreds of
examples of why we feel lucky to have been able to work with Denise to build our new home and do not
want to consider how difficult the process would have been if we had used someone different. We are
thrilled with our new home and thrilled that we had the opportunity to work with Denise throughout the
process.
To this day, Denise continues to support us and be a great resource for us. She continues to assist us on
maintenance and repairs for our 2 homes/properties. We place total and complete trust in Denise and she
has never let us down. It would not be possible for us to ever work with anyone besides Denise for any
home renovation or construction as no one else would be able to deliver the service she provides
excellence, expertise, and peace of mind.”

in 2002, shortly after purchasing my home she completed a kitchen remodel under extremely tight
timelines. More recently, Denise completed an extensive remodel in June of 2012, which has dramatically
